I had a largely positive experience at Bruce, but I do think it is important to at least find people ahead of time to room with, since the suite setup makes it that your roommates can define your experience since there are 3 of them and having good or bad roommates can make or break the experience. I am still looking for an opinion on staying in Nursing LLC Lothrop doesn’t have AC and is far from everything except the Victoria Building, but there is a kitchen and really nice ground floor lounge, both of which are usually very active. it’s quite a walk from all of the academic buildings and you’ll be walking a decent distance for food usually, which in my opinion is the biggest downside- it was manageable with classes being online, but i imagine walking will take up quite a bit of your day.
